Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement contractor management strategies to ensure efficient and successful project execution.

Review, enhance, and establish policies and procedures related to contractor management and service delivery.

Benchmark, analyze, and optimize costs associated with shuttering and contractor services to improve operational efficiency.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new and alternative vendors while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.

Monitor contractor performance, recommend improvement initiatives, and negotiate long-term service agreements.

Ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services in alignment with project schedules and standards.

Manage contractor onboarding and coordination processes to support on-time project completion.

Conduct contractor rate analysis and cost evaluations to ensure alignment with budget objectives and company goals.
